I've worked with a host of recruitment agencies and recruiters in the past but none other than Karla at SENdirect. From the very first phone call she made to me I could tell that she was a cut above the rest. I wasn't even sure that I wanted to stay in teaching at the time but she reassured me that she would find me a school that matched my personality and my convenience in terms of distance, salary and teaching style and low and behold she stayed true to her word. Karla is always positive despite the problems I've thrown her way.  She does her best to solve them and if she can't, she finds someone who can.
